HARLOW: Police name murder victim

A MAN whose death prompted a murder investigation in Harlow has been named as Mark White, 34, of Broadfields, in Harlow.

Three men arrested on suspicion of murder following Mr White's death on Friday evening have been released on police bail pending further inquiries.

Mr White died in Princess Alexandra Hspital, in Harlow, following an incident in the town centre at about 2.30am on Friday.

Police were called to an incident involving a group of about six men and a taxi.

A 20-year-old man was arrested.

Two other men - aged 21 and 26 - were arrested on Friday afternoon.

The murder investigation is beingy led by Detective Superintendent Tim Wills.

The arrested men have been released on police bail until May 21.

Anyone who was in the town centre at about 2.30am or who has any information about the incident, should ring Harlow CID on 0300 333 4444.
